Product description

When analyzing a semiconductor alloy containing indium, cadmium, tin, and antimony, a sample of 4.8 mg was dissolved in acid and, after appropriate treatment, the volume of the solution was adjusted to 10 ml with water. We diluted 1 ml of the test solution with the background to 25 ml, and during polarography we obtained the following wave heights of the components: antimony - 117 mm; tin - 7 mm; cadmium - 17 mm; indium - 95 mm.
Polarography of standard solutions diluted with a background of up to 25 ml yielded the following wave heights:
Parameter Sb Sn In Cd
V, ml 0.5 0.3 0.5 0.3
FROM . 104, g/ml 1.75 1.011 1.77 1.011
h, mm 91 33 93 33
Determine the percentage of components in a semiconductor alloy and the relative error of determination.
