Duke Nukem 3D is a cult computer game in the genre of first-person shooter, created by 3D Realms (a division of Apogee) in 1996. Duke Nukem 3D is a logical continuation of the games of the Duke Nukem series, but if the first two games of the series were two-dimensional platformers, the third part is made in the then popular Doom style (pseudo-three-dimensional corridors, first-person view, battles using various types of cold, gunshot as well as fictional weapons).
